The Hotel

Lynton Cottage is a Historic Grade II listed Georgian property and as such may not be suitable for people with severe walking difficulties. There is however one large ground floor bedroom. All public rooms are on the ground floor. Please contact us if you wish to discuss the suitability.

Children

Children are very welcome. The hotel has no designated Family Rooms but some rooms are large enough to accommodate one or two 'Z' beds. Children under 5 when sharing with 2 adults can stay FREE including breakfast. A small charge is made for children between the ages of 5 to 11 and 12 to 16. Please contact the hotel for details.

Pets

We do have a number of bedrooms in which we welcome pets by prior arrangement. No charge is made.

Smoking

'Totally non-smoking hotel'.

Reservations

Either a credit/debit card number or £25.00 per person deposit is required within 5 days of booking is required to secure the reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before date of arrival will incur a charge of £50 per room, if we are unable to re-let the room. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or failure to arrive, without prior notification, will incur a fee of the total reservation made.
